Bryan Adolfo Bautista Zelaya is a third-generation coffee producer at Finca Adolfos in Marcala, La Paz, Honduras. After completing university in 2017, Bryan returned to the family farm with a focus on improving quality, refining processing, and building direct relationships with specialty coffee buyers. Today, he works alongside his parents to continue the farm’s transition from conventional production toward distinctive, high-quality microlots.
This particular lot is a honey-processed Catuai grown at 1,500 meters and dried on shaded solar beds and patio. We taste notes of ripe fruit, peach, and grape, balanced by delicate citric acidity, creamy body, and a lingering sweet grape finish. Anthology selected four bags from this harvest.
